10, 9, 8, 7.....

days to go until I'm Mrs. Edmund A. Booth III. :) Hooray!!!

Can't believe that its finally here. It's definitely been great to have such a long engagement. It gave us so much time to plan and really feel ready to get married to each other. I think that we're both thankful that things worked out that way. On the other hand, we're both very excited about our upcoming wedding and marriage!

Needless to say, the next ten days will be extremely busy in the world of me, Mom, Dad, Edmund, his folks, etc. We're looking forward to seeing all of our family and friends that will be attending--and missin' those folks that couldn't make it.

Part of what makes things complicated is planning to be absent from school for three days. Seems like its three times as much work to plan for a substitute teacher than anything else...but I have a former first grade teacher from our school coming in (she retired last year), so she's looking forward to it. My little ones are really excited about my wedding... I think my little girls all have the fairy tale approach to it. At the beginning of the month, we made a post-it countdown chart, and every day, they excited pull off the next number. You'd think they were going to be there at the wedding... :)

Packing up all of my stuff...okay, okay, my closet, is definitely a big big challenge. I don't think that I've accumulated that much until I have to start packing. Whew. I'll be glad once its all packed, then unpacked and settled. Hopefully Edmund will be happy to share the majority of our walk in closet....and by share, I really mean, let me have the larger part of it. (big cheesy grin)

In any event, just wanted to let yall know that I haven't forgotten yall out there in the blog-sphere. I really hope that I'll start to have more time for blogging but it always seems to be on the back burner.

Oh, I also had my bridal portraits two weeks ago. Dan, from Dazzle Photography is just F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S, did them! We took the pictures at a bed and breafkast in West Chester, Pennsylvania, called Faunbrook B&B. They were so great to work with us, and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. It's gorgeous.

The portraits turned out beeautifully!!! I can't wait to share them with yall but I have to restrain myself. But, just to give you a sense of how wonderful they are.... here's a few of our engagement pictures for your viewing pleasure!

Remember, these pictures are prorperty of Dazzle Photography! :)
